Do I need to create an account to place an order?
No, creating an account is not mandatory, you can order as a guest. You can also choose to create an account to place your order. This will save you time on your next order and also allow you to enter your billing and shipping addresses only once, and to log in to your account to track or cancel an order.
Do you deliver to countries other than France?
Yes, we also deliver to Belgium and Switzerland.
Is delivery free?
Yes, delivery is free with no minimum purchase. We deliver to homes in France, Belgium, and Switzerland. The "No Stress" delivery is included: delivery directly to the mailbox if the size of the item allows it, if you are not at home at the time of delivery.
And what if I am not home at the time of delivery?
If your mailbox cannot accommodate your package, your order will be dropped off at the nearest pickup point.
What is the delivery time?
We deliver to your home within 8 to 12 days, in France, Belgium, and Switzerland via Colissimo. The "No Stress" delivery is included: delivery directly to your mailbox or to a Point Relais if you are not at home at the time of delivery. Please note that our delivery time may be extended during peak periods.
What carriers do you use?
We use Colissimo for most of our deliveries.
How to track my order ?
An email will be sent to you as soon as your order is shipped with your tracking number.
What is the origin of the leathers used?
The majority of the leathers we use at Clément Dorel are full-grain top layer leathers, renowned for their exceptional quality and durability. These leathers mainly come from Italy, Brazil, and Argentina, countries known for their expertise and tradition in high-quality leather tanning.
Where are your items made?
Clément Dorel products are manufactured in Asia, a decision made after thorough research to identify the best artisans and the highest quality materials. Asia has been recognized for generations for its exceptional craftsmanship and unparalleled expertise in leatherwork, allowing us to ensure exemplary quality and finish for every product.

I haven't received my package yet, what should I do?
If you have not received your package despite the delivery indications, please contact our customer service to find a quick solution.
Are returns free?
Yes, returns are easy and free. If an item does not meet your expectations, we will send you a return label. You don't have to pay anything. Just send us an email with the reason for your return and we will take care of the rest.
How does the refund process work in case of a return?
Once your return package is received, we will immediately process the refund of your order to the bank account used during your payment.
How long can I make a return?
You can give us feedback within 60 days after the date of receipt of your order.
How to make a return?
Very simply. Write us an email with the reason for your return and we will send you a label ready to be printed and attached to your package. Upon receipt, we will process the refund for your items.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept payments by credit card, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Paypal, Apple Pay, Google.
Are payments secure?
Of course, your online payment is fully secure. All online payments by credit or debit card are made via the SSL/TLS security protocol, which allows for the encryption of your banking details during their transmission to secure banking servers. This means that no banking information concerning you passes through our site. We also use the "3D secure" protocol, which helps secure the payments you make by credit card and prevents fraudulent use.
